1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the TYF PAC website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on TYF PAC's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the website. You agree not to upload or transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
THE ỌMỌLÚÀBÍ CHARTER (Code of Conduct)
Membership in the Think Yorùbá First Political Action Committee (TYFPAC) is a voluntary association grounded in discipline, lawful political participation, and the ethos of the Ọmọlúàbí. We are custodians of a heritage and architects of political destiny for the Yorùbá people worldwide.
Section 1: Core Ethical Standard
- Ìwà Pẹ̀lẹ́:We conduct ourselves with dignity, even in the face of provocation. This standard is non-negotiable and applies uniformly to all members.
- Ìbọ̀wọ̀:We accord profound respect to our Traditional Rulers (Ọbas), Elders, and the constituted authority of TYFPAC. Dissent must be exercised through internal channels.
- Ìbáṣepọ̀ Ọlàjú:Civility in debate. We debate ideas with rigor; we do not abuse individuals. Character assassination is strictly prohibited.
- Ìbòwọ̀ fún Òfin:Lawfulness. We operate strictly within the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and global jurisdictions of operation.
Section 2: Public & Digital Discipline
The Uniform Rule: When wearing TYFPAC merchandise, you are an official representative. Public intoxication and disorderly conduct may result in expulsion.
Verification Protocol: Members shall not amplify unverified news or allegations linked to TYFPAC without authenticity check through the Directorate of Information.
Zero Tolerance for Violence: Physical assault, thuggery, or incitement of violence against any person will result in immediate expulsion.
Section 3: Integrity & Resolution
Financial Integrity: Unauthorized solicitation in the name of TYFPAC is a grave offense. All fundraising must have written authorization from the National Secretariat.
The "Àgbà Jọ" Principle: Grievances must first be subjected to traditional mediation through the Council of Elders before external recourse.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the customs of Yorubaland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
