Last Night The APC Strategy, Conflict Resolution and Mobilisation Committee held its inaugural meeting in Abuja. The meeting took place at the Yobe State Governor’s Lodge and was hosted by the committee chairman, Governor Mala Buni. In attendance were Governors Hope Uzodimma, Siminalayi Fubara, Hy

Others present included Minister of State for Defence Bello Matawalle, Minister of Marine and Blue Economy Gboyega Oyetola, former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello, Senator Adamu Aliero, former APC National Legal Adviser Muiz Banire, and President Tinubu’s Senior Special Assistant on Political Affairs, Ibrahim Masari.

Governors Bassey Otu, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and Umar Namadi, who are also members of the committee, were absent from the meeting.

President Bola Tinubu constituted the committee on Wednesday, December 24, to resolve internal disputes within the APC and strengthen mobilisation efforts nationwide.
